A contemporary natural style wedding
This spring I really enjoyed creating the floral decorations for Elisa&Alessandro’s wedding. The church they chose was the stunning Basilica of San Zeno, in Verona (Northern Italy).
During our first meeting, Elisa explained her vision for the floral decorations. Pampas and white king size honeypot sugarbush were the perfect choice for the creation of a modern yet elegant floral backdrop. The stunning architecture of the Basilica and its chromatic palette truly inspired me when creating the floral compositions.
To highlight the pampas I used greenery in a jungle style but with an elegant accent. To give a light and airy feeling, I used white asparagus, white flamingo flowers, asparagus and arachniode leaves. All these elements combined perfectly with the king size honeypot sugarbush.

Finally, to give a magical touch to the whole church, the aisles were decorated with pure white candles in transparent vases .
For Elisa’s bridal bouquet I matched the king size honeypot sugarbush with luminescent money plant, greenery and white asparagus.
Last but not least for the young bridesmaids I created charming smaller bouquets with white flamingo flowers and arachniode.
A special thank to the photographer Loris Mirandola for the beautiful official photos.
The photos during the church’s preparation are mine.
